As part of the rollout of GoPublic Strategy 2025, we are officially introducing an updated framework for roles and responsibilities across our organization — designed to support faster decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and user-centered service delivery.

This evolution is more than an internal restructuring. It’s a cultural shift that reflects our core belief: everyone contributes to public value — whether you're a developer, a designer, a data scientist, or a municipal caseworker.

“We’re moving from job descriptions to impact missions,” says Chief People Officer, Lars Engel. “Our updated roles empower individuals to lead with purpose, take initiative, and build solutions with citizens at the center.”
